Parvis, unfortunately, does not accept refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer product revisions if in case you are not completely satisfied with your illustration.

If any products are received defective, damaged or broken, please write to us on support@xxxxxxxx.com with pictures of the damaged items, we will organize for a replacement as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Parvis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Parvis will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate
